Refund Policy

DentOptim is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.

How to request a refund

• Email info@centriccare.us within 60 days of delivery with your name and order number.
• We will reply with the return address.
• Send back all the bottles, whether they are empty or not, along with your packing slip.

What gets refunded

Once we receive your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Shipping fees and return shipping are not refunded. Your bank may take several business days to post the credit.

Digital guides

The free guides included with a 6-bottle order are a bonus and carry no separate charge.
